come with a full two-year manufacturers materials and
labor warranty. Phoenix has a policy of constant improvement,
and reserves the right to alter any part of the specification
achieved in this website without notice. *Ratings are
approximate only and may vary due to the area conditions
and location. Please check with your underwriter. Prices,
colors, and specifications are subject to change without
notice. All weights and sizes are approximate. |
| Free
shipping: |
"Free shipping”
offer is valid only for orders shipped within the continuous
48 U.S. states and does not include any special services
(i.e. inside delivery, 24-hour notice, etc.). Standard
truck shipment dock to dock service only. Drivers
are not obligated to unload shipments from their
trucks. If assistance is needed to unload, an inside
delivery charge will be charged. Inside delivery
available to locations with no more than 3 stairs
or elevator access. Ask about inside delivery charges
when ordering.
(RESIDENTIAL: Safes that weigh 108 pounds
or less ship FREE via FEDEX and have no additional
freight charges.) |
| Payment: |
All major credit
cards are accepted, however if you would like to establish
a line of credit with SBD, Inc., please provide a copy
of your credit references along with your purchase
order or filled-out order form. A minimum order of
$500 is required in order to establish credit. |
| Sales Tax: |
8.5% tax will be
added to orders shipped to Illinois. For tax exempt
organization, please provide your tax exemption certificate
information with your order. |
| Cancellations: |
Orders cancelled
after shipment will be subject to 25% restocking fee
and outbound and return shipping charges. |
| Receiving Shipments: |
When your order is
delivered, it is important to make sure all cartons
are inspected and counted. If for any reason material
is damaged or not acceptable mark the receipt “damaged
and refused.”
Contact our Customer Service Department cs@sbdist.com immediately
with information on all freight damage claims, which
must be within 15 days of receipt of order. |
| Missing Parts: |
If you are missing
parts, please contact our Customer Service Department cs@sbdist.com as
quickly as possible. We will be happy to send the parts
out immediately. |
| Returns: |
If you need to return
an item for any reason, please contact our Customer
Service Department cs@sbdist.com for
return procedures. Do not return an item without authorization.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Returns
may be subject to a restocking fee and shipping charges.
All returns must be in original packaging and in re-saleable
condition. |
| Typographical Errors: |
In the event a product
price or description has been entered incorrectly,
SBD has the right to refuse or cancel an order. In
the event your credit card has been charged, immediate
credit will be issued. |
